Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy


Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Huten Smart Locks. Please review our shipping and delivery process below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS notification.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Express Delivery: 3–7 business days (subject to availability)

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities only


Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • Email

  • SMS or WhatsApp on your registered mobile number

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing issue.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.


Exchange Process

  1. Our technical support team will first assess the issue.

  2. If the defect is repairable, we will replace the faulty part and return the product in proper working condition.

  3. If the defect is not repairable, we will provide a replacement unit.


Conditions for Exchange

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with:

    • Proof of purchase / invoice

    • Price tags and labels

    • Warranty card

    • All accessories and complimentary items


If any items are missing or damaged (excluding previously reported issues), the cost of those items may be deducted from the exchange value.
